Case Dixon has officially qualified for the Republican primary in Alabama’s 6th Congressional District, setting up a challenge to six-term U.S. Rep. Gary Palmer in the May 19, 2026 primary election.
A lifelong conservative and physical therapist assistant from Hueytown, Dixon says he’s driven by concern for the future of his family and the nation’s finances. “I’m running out of necessity,” Dixon told ALPolitics.com. “I truly feel I have no other choice. The birth of my first daughter completely changed everything. She is counting on me to protect her.”
